Ingredients

For Dhokla Batter:
Gram flour -1 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Eno fruit salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 Cup- 1 cup

For Dhokla syrup:
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Green chilies – 5 nos.
Curry Leaves- few
Water - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves - chopped
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
