A walk through downtown Halifax on my lunch break. I needed to clear my noggin and make up for the windy video from yesterday. I was asked in the comments why I’m breathing heavy when I’m walking. Easy. I’m walking faster than normal to lose my COVID weight I gained last spring during lockdown and I’m still learning how to regulate my breathing. Btw, I’m down 10lbs from when I started and I went down a size in my jeans. Woot!! Woot!!
