影片里我使用梅花肉，比较瘦；如果你喜欢更美味的，就选择五花肉吧（比较肥，比较多汁）

Crispy pork in 2 hours, it's quick, it's tasty. With this recipe, it's fast enough, where you can make it within 2 hours, from marinade to baking process. No need to wait for overnight, or overnights, don't believe? Just try it out!
In the video, I'm using shoulder meat, it's more lean compared to pork belly. Of course, pork belly is better taste and juicy.

If you are worried on the skin still moisturized, you can repeat the dehydration steps for another 2 times.
