🎥 PULL WORKOUT – SHRED MODE

Back at it. Pull day.
We’re deep in the shred now — everything is locked in: training, diet, recovery.

No shortcuts. Just execution.

Today’s focus: back thickness, width, and detail.



🏋️‍♂️ WORKOUT

Starting with:
• Heavy Deadlifts – building that foundation
• Pull-ups – bodyweight control, full stretch
• Barbell Rows – thickness through the mid-back
• Lat Pulldowns – controlled, squeeze every rep
• Seated Cable Rows – constant tension
• Finishing with Biceps work – because pull day isn’t complete without it

Every set has a purpose.
Every rep is controlled. No ego lifting.



🔥 SHRED UPDATE

Currently running carb cycling:
• High days to fuel performance
• Low days to push fat loss

Conditioning is improving, strength still holding — that’s the goal.
We’re not just losing weight, we’re preserving muscle.
