When Chef Mary received a text message from her fiancé saying he could not marry a sick woman, it broke her to pieces. She knows very well what it means to be abandoned and discriminated by the people you love most at your lowest

Having suffered from Myasthenia gravis (a neuromuscular autoimmune disorder that has no cure ) for years, Mary dared God to lead and show her the way. She was always passionate about baking and so she put all her strength into her business.

Today she makes and sells amazing cakes within Nairobi and she is grateful to everyone who gave up on her because they only enabled her to realize her dream and passion.
