Nakamura-Tome 2 Spindle 2 Turret 2 Y-axis WY-150

This is a 6 "class turret-type multi-tasking machine with powerful machining capability in a compact body. The functions of two NC lathes and two machining centers are integrated into one machine, which reducing the inventory of intermediate work in process.
It is suitable to machine parts with many milling features.
Milling 5.5 / 3.7kW, 6,000 min-1 milling speed, Y-axis stroke 90mm (upper turret) and 70mm (Lower turret) are equipped as standard.
The tooling capability is Max.48 turning tools (Half Index), in case of Milling tool max.24 tools.
The Y-axis is essential not only for milling but also for the latest turning tools, such as Y-axis cut-off and Y-axis grooving to achieve high-speed and long tool life.
Nakamura-Tome is offering the Y-axis as Standard on WY series offering this new machining technology.
The latest control unit NT-Smart X which was developed to be achieved easy, fast, and high accuracy operation is equipped as standard. New IoT software "NT Smart Sign" and "NT Thermo Navigator with AI " are also equipped as standard.

刃物台は12角24ステーション仕様で上下合わせて旋削工具で最大48本、ミーリング工具で最大24本の工具を取り付ける事が出来ます。Y軸はミーリング加工のみならず、最新の旋削工具にも必須となっています。高速・長寿命加工を実現するY軸突っ切りやY軸溝入れ加工等です。当社の全ての機種でY軸を標準又はオプションで御用意しておりますので最新加工技術も直ぐに導入する事が出来ます。誰でも簡単に、早く、精度良くを目指し開発した最新の制御装置NT-Smart Xを標準装備します。新たにIoTソフトウエア『NT Smart Sign』とAI搭載型熱変位補正システム『NT サーモナビゲーターAI』が搭載されました。
