hi everyone .in this video I'm dealing with stains. How to paint over the stains as to remove it is not always possible. You need to apply 2 coats of solvent or oil based paint ( like gloss paint for exterior wood & metal) , that will cover the stain completely , then apply 2 coats of emulsion paint. and that's it.
