Formation Flying with 7 RAF Chinooks [4K video]

7 RAF Chinook helicopters flying circuits at MoD Airfield Keevil in Wiltshire, England. They were practicing for the RAF 100-year celebration flypast of 103 aircraft over London (on 9 July 2018).

The 7 Chinooks (plus one on the runway) were certifying pilots for the formation flypast which will include 10 RAF Chinooks.

The formation, which had callsign "Vector combine" was seen at Keevil on 19 June 2018. The yellow tailed CH47 with the demi-pegasus winged-horse on the fin is from 28 squadron who are celebrating 100 years (1915-2015).

MoD Keevil is 5km east of Trowbridge and near the Salisbury Plain military training area.
