Caltran Demo

Caltrans Demonstation of using precast / prestressed concrete panels to do quick road repairs. Replacement panels can be manufactured ahead of time and be stock piled by a DOT to be used when needed. In the video, they show plastic be placed before the panels are set, this is to keep the leveling grout from flow out into unnecessary places. This helps control cost.
