Using Tailwind CSS's Headless UI for React

Tailwind CSS is a CSS framework that lets us design our UI how we want. With the new Headless UI, we now have React and Vue components that will handle all the JavaScript parts while we are still free to style our apps with Tailwind.

https://headlessui.dev gives us all the functionality of React and Vue components and lets us style how we want.
