If there was ever a hotel that just screams, “We love kids!” it is Novotel Phuket Surin Beach Resort. Our kids’ excitement levels were soaring even before we got out of the taxi, because as we pulled into the hotel parking lot we could see two huge elephant mascots tromping around the front lobby handing out balloons to all the kids. Balloons! What a welcome for the kids! And it just kept getting better.
