ELECTRIC SMART METER HACK- EZ Trick to restore electricity after SMART METER disconnect!

This method is for informational purposes and for those in extreme circumstances that require electricity but have had their power turned off and use a digital electric meter to record their electrical usage.

Digital electric meters are being installed all over and many people are frustrated as they have noticed that there electrical usage seems to have increased and there have been reports of faulty meters causing electrical fires.
Many times either through clerical or administrative errors people have found themselves without electrical power after their service has been disconnected by the power company sending a wireless signal to the meter and shutting their power off. This method explains how to circumvent that and restore electrical service as well as how to stop the meter completely and to prevent the meter from being disconnected after power has been restored.

There are also other uses for this method other than restoring your electricity such as when an individual purchases a used digital meter online and wants to reengage the contacts for personal use and monitoring their generator or solar power usage as well, so I please ask anyone that would leave derogatory comments about the legalities of this to please think before posting.

I strongly urge anyone who has their electrical service disconnected due to non-payment to negotiate with their provider to restore their service instead of using this method. This method should be only used in emergency situations where power has been disconnected by the provider and electricity is required by someone at the home for health reasons or similar circumstances and the power company cannot be contacted because of weekend or holiday hours and any delay in restoring the power could have dire consequences.
