【黄焖海藻鸡】
材料：鸡下庄3个切块、马铃薯3个切块、姜片30克、蒜瓣4个切片

调味料：黄豆酱3汤匙、糖1汤匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、胡椒粉少许、水800毫升、料酒3汤匙

做法：
1。鸡块放少许的盐和少许的马铃薯粉腌一会儿
2。烧一锅热油放入炸至金黄色捞出备用
3。热油锅加入鸡块拉油一会即捞出备用
4。热锅爆香姜蒜，加入黄豆酱爆一下，放入鸡块翻炒片刻，加入马铃薯、淋上2汤匙料酒和水一起焖
5。加入调味料后焖至汤汁浓稠即可上锅

【香煎豉油斗鲳鱼】
材料：斗鲳鱼1条、姜丝50克、蒜蓉2汤匙、青葱1棵、红辣椒1条切丝

调味料：蒸鱼豉油3汤匙、鱼露1汤匙、糖1汤匙半个、料酒1汤匙、味極鲜1汤匙、水200毫升，加入芫荽1棵小火煮一会儿

气炸烤箱煎鱼做法：
1。烤盘放少许油放入气炸烤箱220度5分钟
2。鱼抹干水份涂上少许的马铃薯粉，放入烤热的烤盘里放进气炸烤箱220度15分钟
3。取出鱼将鱼反身再放入气炸烤箱220度12分钟
4。取出鱼放在盘里，加入蒸鱼豉油
5。爆香姜蒜淋上鱼即可上桌

【虾米炒桂豆苗】
材料：桂豆苗500克、虾米20克、蒜蓉1汤匙

调味料：盐1/4茶匙、鸡精粉1茶匙、糖1茶匙、料酒1汤匙
