Marcos: New Malampaya wells to deliver first gas by Q4 2026 | ANC

Soundbytes: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. reported Thursday that the Camago-3 well has been “successfully drilled and tested” in a bid to boost energy security amid global fuel supply and prices volatility due to the Middle East conflict. Marcos said the well is producing up to 60 million standard cubic feet of gas per day. Camago-3 is part of the Malampaya Phase 4 Drilling Campaign along with Bagong Pag-asa well under Service Contract 38 led by Prime Energy Resources Development B.V.
