Design of Manual Shredder Machine (Medium Scale)

Me and my team had worked on creating a virtual prototype of a manual shredder machine for our Integrated Design Project (IDP).

Our machine design is inspired by the design of shredders made by Brother Muhammad Sigit Wicaksono, DIY Chen and Precious Plastic.

This machine is operated manually. Instead of using motor and electricity, crank arm (handle) is used to run the machine.

Calculations and analysis were done in developing this virtual prototype in order to make sure that it will be functioning effectively in real application.

The 3D design and animation video of this machine were made by using Autodesk Fusion 360.
