What's REALLY Causing Burnout and How to Stop It

Burnout is extremely common in modern life, and I've certainly seen it in myself. I noticed some patterns in my own experience, and I thought that sharing them could possibly help others who are working their way through similar situations.

This isn't about following standard advice like just taking a day off. This is about looking at your own personal patterns and questioning what's actually happening when you feel burned out.

I realized my burnout wasn't just about doing too many things. It was about my mind not resting, even when I was trying to. I was constantly processing problems, whether they were about work, my personal life, or some sort of personal development goal.

This video is a deep dive into my experience and the patterns I discovered. I'll share how I learned to:
-Recognize that my mind was always in a "mental processing mode" and how to stop it.
-Consciously choose what I say "yes" to, instead of just accepting everything that came my way.
-Get ahead of burnout by noticing it before it happens.
-Understand the connection between people-pleasing and giving my energy to things I really wasn't interested in.
-Use burnout as a valuable gift to examine my patterns and make real change in my life.

This is my story of moving past chronic burnout by letting go of the need to solve everything.
