Nadirshaw Dhondy , presently the Advocate of Supreme Court. He has been Practicing as an Advocate of Supreme court for approximately 45 years. Besides being an advocate, he is the Founder Member and Vice President of Indian Society of Victimology. He has been a national and international speaker at various forums. He is the former officer on special duty with the auxiliary police for the entire Maharashtra state, which is the only auxiliary force of India. He will be there to eradicate the misconception regarding “Victomology.” Synopsis of his idea is how a victim’s trauma is taken care of and what the unaware laws are for the victims which are unknown to layman. Nadirshaw Dhondy , presently the Advocate of Supreme Court. Besides being an advocate, he is the Founder Member and Vice President of Indian Society of Victimology. And he have immense faith in rights of an individual, so he is working for it as a Human Right Activist. He will be there to eradicate the misconception regarding “Victomology.” Synopsis of his idea is how a victim’s trauma is taken care of and what the unaware laws are for the victims which are unknown to layman. What challenges a victim has to survive and how the victim faces the society. But it’s not all about victim, our justice machinery is also responsible for the consequencs occurred. Looking to the present scenario, the veteran will be giving us a profound insight of the future of victims.
