Ghost Lake Alberta fishing August 2019

We ventured out to Ghost Lake which is close to Cochrane Alberta. The lake is challenging to fish until you can figure out what Lures to use. We are fishing out of my StarCraft 16-foot holiday boat. I am using an EM55 Minn Kota trolling motor and a Helix 7 humminbird DI fish finder. The lures that we are using are a Luhr Jensen Needlefish (this one was money today) the coloring is called cop car. We were using a downrigger until the ball got snagged on something and broke off. This pretty much ended the use of the Apex hotspots. Austin was killing it with the Needlefish! I was using a mini Fat Rap in the crawdad color. Austin out fished me today….. Badly! I also realized I had a bit of a Potty mouth in this video, the horsefly and the boat pulling water skiers right where we had our fishing lines fueled it.
