Tender, Juicy, Bacon Flavored Pan Seared Chuck Eye Steak and Eggs #shorts #steakandeggs

Today we're making delicious, tender, juicy, bacon flavored pan seared chuck eye steak and eggs for breakfast. We pan-seared the lightly seasoned chuck eye steak perfectly, in BaconUp Bacon Grease including the edges, and finished cooking the chuck eye steak, basting the steak with the rendered bacon fat, herbs and garlic to give the steak extra flavor, that tastes amazing, and served it with 3 sunny-side-up eggs. Enjoy, and thanks for watching. #steakandeggs

Bacon Grease: This adds a smoky, savory depth of tasty flavor, and with its high smoke point for a better sear than butter alone.

⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️
• 1.5 inch thick Chuck Eye Steak
• 3 Large Eggs
• Kosher Salt to Taste
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
• Garlic Powder to Taste
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 1 TBSP of BaconUp Bacon Grease to Sear and Baste the Steak
• Oil for the Pan to cook the Eggs

👉Cooking Instructions:
• In a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add some BaconUp Bacon Grease and sear the chuck eye steak quickly for 1-2 minutes on both sides to form a nice crust, and don't forget about the edges. Then lower the burner temperature to medium-low and add in the garlic cloves, and finish cooking the steak, basting it with rendered bacon fat. When done to your liking using a meat thermometer, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes. While the steak is resting, in a nonstick pan over medium heat, cook 3 eggs sunny-side up. When the eggs are done to your liking, season and serve them with the chuck eye steak, topped with parsley flakes.
