After two days of deliberations, a jury has reached a verdict in the trial of Brendan Banfield, the man accused of killing his wife and a stranger while having an affair with his family's au pair.

Banfield faces a life sentence if convicted.

The jury of five men and seven women returned Monday at 10 a.m. after beginning their deliberations on Friday.
