Bus Balancer Install

This Balancer has been a problem since before the engine was out of the bus. I believe because it was never installed correctly it caused the motor to come apart when it did or it definitely added to the failure. I did research and found a extended cone wedge but the part number was obsolete I was told.
I took the balancer keeper and puller mount from the motor I bought and we made a 1/4" shim that seems to do the job. Fingers crossed.
