Tucked away from the lanterns, busy markets and street food spots is the Vietnam they don’t show you.

After spending a few days relaxing in Hoi An, we wanted to see the REAL Vietnam. A place where the local villagers keep the old transitional methods of arts and crafts alive - making rice crackers, mats and coffee the traditional way - no machines, no fancy equipment, just bare hands and skill.
