Terrible neighbors can make your life a living hell! They are obsessed with us and are constantly torturing us. My husband is a 100% disabled combat veteran from Vietnam Nam War, and they mock and make fun of him. He’s had two acute strokes in the last couple of months and major surgery and it still continues.
