KEMERALTI is the local, exciting HISTORICAL BAZAAR (market ) area of the beautiful Turkish City IZMIR. Kemeralti Market (Kemeraltı Çarşısı) is located very close to the Clock Tower (saat kulesi) in Konak Square and dates back to the 17th century in the Ottoman Empire. The Bazaar has different kind of shops, Turkish tee and coffee houses, restaurants serving delicious local foods and kebabs, workshops, small gardens and courtyards, historical mosques and Trade buildings like the Kızlarağası Han. You can spend hours of walking, shopping good bargains and eating delicious Turkish Food in the local Kemeraltı Bazaar of İzmir.

Kemeraltı Bazaar is known as one of the best shopping markets of Turkey. Most of the customers are locals from Izmir and surrounding areas.
