TOMMYHAWK

Here's Roger Everett on one of his favorite fiddle tunes.

This is one of the first clips that I shot so it is not refined, and it was with only one camera. So there is a lot of panning, and there are people walking through the shots. But, this was an exceptional night at Everett's Music Barn in Suwanee GA, and truly captures the feel of the barn as it was when both Everett Brothers were still alive. Randall was fighting several illnesses which is why he is seated in this first set. I have left all the talking in, to let you know what a night at the barn was all about.

Although both Randall and Roger Everett have now passed on, the shows go on still. The Everett family is still running The Barn. The Barn is completing its 42nd year this year. Prior to that, music was played in the Everett's house since 1964. The house is locating in front of The Barn.

You are invited to come to Suwanee GA any Saturday night to enjoy quality Bluegrass and picking in the house, porches, and yard.

The entire night's show will be posted here, both the first and second set. Randall stands for the second set - the last time he performed standing up on stage.

The players are Randall Everett on guitar, Roger Everett on fiddle, Bobby Autry on bass, Don Norman on banjo, Brian Stephens on guitar, and Ron Wilson on mandolin. Live sound by Tommy Everett.
