Murray, Jeff, Anthony and Greg have donned the colourful skivvies together for the first time in seven years to raise money for the bushfire relief effort.
And the over-18s audience means the show will be a trip down memory lane for all the 90s kids who spent their childhoods singing Hot Potato.
"The audience are not drinking water or cordial anymore, so they're right in the spirit of things, so to speak," Anthony told A Current Affair.
The proceeds from the show will all go to the Red Cross and WIRES.
"We're doing it to help out the people that have been affected so badly by the bushfires at the moment," Greg said.
At their peak, the Wiggles performed 500 shows a year, drawing huge crowds around the world.
Among their own highlights were encounters with some very big names.
"For me it would have to be Robert De Niro," Jeff said.
"But that particular concert that we did wasn't only Robert, there was also Jerry Seinfeld."
Metallica singer James Hetfield's visit also stood out, along with musician Mick Fleetwood.
"When they come backstage with their children, they're just parents," Murray said.
"We have had a couple of celebrities who have had a reputation for being difficult, and they weren't difficult with us at all."
A Current Affair went behind the scenes with the iconic foursome as they rehearsed for their upcoming show.
"This is probably wishful thinking, but it is probably not as hard as I thought," Murray said.
"Some songs, like Hot Potato, we did play that 7000 times."
The Wiggles reunion show is on at Castle Hill RSL in Sydney's north-west, on January 17 and 18. Both shows are sold out but you can stream them online here:
