Polycrylic and Sublimation on 100% Cotton T-Shirts is not a good idea if you are selling to customers. - Careful Using Minwax Water based Polycrylic on Cotton T-Shirts vs Poly-T Plus, Is it safe to expose your skin to a commercial Urethane or does it even last in the shirt. Minwax Water based Polycrylic is a Water Based Urethane and diluting it does not help it work better. Minwax Water based just helps keep down the smell along with not having oil in it as other polyurethanes. Polycrylic does not have any UV protectors in it which makes it an Interior application, plus it is not made to take excessive heat which with UV rays and excessive heat it will breakdown over time. Remember this shirt and the Minwax Water based Polycrylic will be exposed outside under heat and UV rays from the sun.
