Meet her beau, Matt Pokora. Born-- coincidently, also on 26 September, he’s a French singing and songwriting sensation. People describe him as the Justin Timberlake of France, but he’s an award-winning worldwide sensation on his own.

How Did They Meet?

It all started with a restaurant in France-- and with a restaurant manager. The manager, who they both knew, suggested that Milian and Pokora should talk since they were both musicians. Milian’s response? She wasn’t interested.
However, after seeing him, she quickly changed her mind. “It was like the stars aligned.” Their conversation led to them switching numbers, and it led to them finding out they had the same birthday.
During this conversation, Pokora told her that he had a gut feeling about this relationship. Shooting his shot, he boldly told her, “We’re going to have a child together.”
Milian describes that she “never had anybody say that to [her].” Charmed by him, she revealed that she already had a daughter-- a daughter named Violet with singer The Dream.
Pokora’s iconic counterargument? “Well, you don’t have a son.”

After several weeks of teasing the media, playing hide-and-seek with the paparazzi and posting cryptic photos on social media networks, the two lovebirds finally made their first official appearance. At the 2017 NRJ Music Awards, which are the equivalent to the Billboard Music Awards in France, Milian, rocking a glamorous evening dress designed by Nina Ricci, and Pokora, owning a gorgeous Balmain suit, posed for the camera, holding hands.
The public’s reaction was wild. When they weren’t too busy snapping up all the pictures they could of the couple, Milian was receiving praise for finally snagging a good boyfriend. People were commenting all over with things like, “What an elevation from dating Lil Wayne. Kudos girl!” and “She’s finally found the one. So happy for her, Matt, Violet. Milian and Pokora’s marriage was a little unconventional. Yes, they kicked off their relationship by Pokora predicting that they would have a son, but that didn’t come until later on. After almost two years of dating, with Pokora treating Milian’s daughter, Violet, like his own, the couple announced that they were going to be parents once again! This was back in July 2019.
Like Pokora predicted, they had a son. Isaiah was born on January 20, 2020. Jump forward to 24 April 2021, and they announced the birth of their second son, Kenna. But with that announcement came other big news: they got married!
It turns out, away from the public eye, they tied the knot in an idyllic, private ceremony held in a town hall in Paris on December 9.

Their Lifestyle

By 2018, Pokora made the move to the United States to be with his family. But with their careers taking them in different directions, the family doesn’t spend too much in one place. To accommodate her filming schedule for an upcoming project, the family started living in Mauritius.
Wherever they go, the family is inseparable. Some of their favorite activities include fishing, swimming, boat rides, sunbathing, laying by the pool, relaxing, visiting local attractions and markets, and trying local cuisines.

Issues
No matter how perfect Christina and Matt look, every relationship is bound to have some bumps in the road. In their case, there were two main problems that often came up: their age difference and the long distance.
Their Future
Christina and Matt have a solid foundation that looks to be unshakeable so far. Christina even came out and said that Matt is a better boyfriend than any of her ex.
