"Before Michael joined the band we wrote a couple of songs in a little studio I had set up at my Uncle’s house. It was cool to hear him sing again cause I always thought his voice was the best. We were also going through slightly similar situations at the time so the lyrics flowed easily. Except when it came to the chorus we both had nothing, so I chopped up the verses!"
