Allen + Roth rectangle 10x12 gazebo Review (2 years)

Here’s a 2 year review of the Allen + Roth rectangle 10x12 Gazebo available at Lowes. Current (may 2019) model number is TPGAZ17-002, Lowes item number 510327. We bought this 2 years ago so I’m not sure if ours is the exact same model but ours looks identical to the new models.

Overall I recommend this. It’s very sturdy. Has been through many many severe storms and a couple snow storms. We have never taken the canvas down in 2 years. I do have ours lag screwed down to the deck with some timberlok lags screws. We have only gotten one little tear in the canvas in 2 years from a tree branch that punctured it. It’s in the upper canopy section and doesn’t leak water into the gazebo. Otherwise the canvas is leak free after 2 years. A little mildew on it because it’s in the shade from 12-1pm throughout the rest of the day.

Definitely recommend it.
