Here is the detailed workout:
1: burpee with lunges overhead 4 set 20reps
2: Twisting skaters jump 4 sets of 20 reps each leg
3: Cuban press squeeze blade back 4 set of 20reps
4: Crab press 5:single leg hip hinge reverse fly: 4 set of 20reps
all rest are 30 to 1min between set... the less the better to increase cardio and burning cal
