HAIR DILEMMA: major damage! I'm either going BALD or getting LOCS!

hey babes! I think I'm going through another hair crisis! I can't figure out how to fall back in love with my hair and properly care for it! As I workout more consistently, I find myself neglecting my hair and I don't want to do that. I am trying to find ways to love my most authentic self and braids, twists, etc... have me feeling like I'm constantly hiding my hair. Really going to think about what I want to do next: either locs or go bald?! what do ya think?!
