Rosemary Oil for Hair Growth (Telogen Effluvium) | Rosemary Vs. Minoxidil | Benefits & How to use

Hey guys!

I have brought you all another video as part of my hair loss journey series! I have done much research to find out what will work best to increase my hair count -- since losing most of it due to Telogen Effluvium (TE) and having some bad side effects with Minoxidil -- and I have come to the holy grail: ROSEMARY OIL!

Here is a research paper that compares the hair count in patients with Androgenetic Alopecia using Minoxidil vs. Rosemary oil after 6 months and found Rosemary oil is just as effective as Minoxidil; check it out here: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25842469/
