» I am so excited to finally share my HOME BIRTH VLOG - Labour & Delivery of our FIRST BABY with you! This is my *RAW & REAL* positive experience of my unmedicated, no intervention, water birth at home.

** Home births are not a fit for everybody as every need is unique. Thankfully we have hospitals & talented professionals to help safely deliver babies. Every birth, everywhere deserves the best care possible under all circumstances. Your midwife / OBGYN will be able to help you determine whether or not a home birth is a safe option for your individual circumstances. I hope that whatever your birth journey entails, you feel empowered, knowledgeable & supported throughout.

I'd like to say such a huge thank you to my midwives and doula for supporting me every step of the way during my pregnancy and birth. I felt so seen & well taken care of. It made a world of difference to have a birthing team that completely believed in me & helped me achieve the positive, calm home birth that I so deeply wanted.

Thank you to my incredible husband- I wouldn't want to do this with anyone but you. You are the love of my life & I'm so grateful for all we've created together.

To my parents- thank you for always supporting my 'weird' ideas. You always have my back and show up for me. It was an honour to have you with us to witness the birth of your first grandchild.

** Special shout out to my dad for being the camera man at the end. Over the shoulder filming would have totally been ok LOLOLOL but you took your job seriously & I'll treasure this footage forever. Thank you.
