How To Make An Elegant Crystal Rondelle Necklace

This easy bead stringing project looks like a million bucks! We love how it is so easy to make but could be worn with a formal dress. You could make the same beaded necklace with different color beads.

Materials:
5 Navy Fire Polished Faceted Rondelles, 8mmx10mm
4 Silver Fire Polished Faceted Rondelles, 8mmx10mm
Size 15 Miyuki Delica Cylinder Beads, Jet Fire Polished
2 Silver crimp beads
2 Silver clamshell bead tips
1 Silver cylinder box clasp
19-strand Bead stringing wire

Tools:
Ruler
Wire Cutters
Chain-nose pliers
Optional: bead Bug or Masking Tape

Finished length of beaded necklace will be 16 ½”

1. Cut a 20” length of bead stringing wire.

2. Feed on the rondelles alternating the color.

3. Put tape or bead bug on one side. Feed on 6¾” cylinder beads. Move bead bug.

4. Feed on 6¾” cylinder beads on other end.

5. Slide wire through clamshell bead tip. Add crimp bead. Crimp the crimp bead. Close the bead cap. Trim the wire. Close loop of clamshell bead tip around clasp.

6. Remove bead bug or tape from the other end. Slide on clamshell bead tip and crimp bead. Tighten beads. Crimp the crimp bead. Close the clam shell. Close loop of clamshell bead tip around clasp.
