-Hemoglobin, red blood cells में एक protein है जो oxygen ले जाता है।

01:49 हीमोग्लोबिन क्या है?
-Hemoglobin शब्द, 1 शब्द है लेकिन इसके 2 अर्थ हैं - hem और globin
Hem= Iron और Globin=Proteins
-जब iron protein के साथ मिल जाता है तो hemoglobin बन जाता है।
-प्रोटीन दो प्रकार के होते हैं, alpha और beta
-हीमोग्लोबिन ताजा oxygen को ऊतक तक ले जाने की जिम्मेदारी रखता है जहां हर enzyme, tissue और function में ऑक्सीजन की बहुत आवश्यकता होती है।
-हीमोग्लोबिन का काम oxygen पहुंचाना और carbon dioxide को फेफड़ों में वापस लाना है ताकि यह फिर से oxygen युक्त हो जाए।
-जब hemoglobin का level अच्छा होता है तो oxygen अच्छा होता है इसलिए इसे sense of well-being कहा जाता है।
-जब oxygen level नीचे चला जाता है तो anemia के सारे लक्षण नजर आने लगते हैं।

-एक वयस्क पुरुष का HB 13.5 से 17.5 grams per deciliter होना चाहिए।
-एक वयस्क महिला का HB 12.0 से 15.0 grams per deciliter होना चाहिए।
-इसे normal Hemoglobin के रूप में जाना जाता है।
-अगर हमें कोई समस्या आती है तो blood में HB की वृद्धि बढ़ जाती है।
-Low hemoglobin (anemia) और high hemoglobin (polycythemia) दोनों ही व्यक्ति के लिए अच्छे नहीं होते हैं।
-यदि किसी पुरुष का हीमोग्लोबिन 13.5 से कम है और महिला का हीमोग्लोबिन 11.5 से कम है तो इसे एनीमिया माना जाता है।

06:38 क्या कोई शुरुआती symptoms हैं जिससे रोगियों को यह संदेह हो सकता है कि यह anemia है?
-symptoms हैं लेकिन वे सभी सामान्य लक्षण हैं इसलिए रोगी शायद ही समझ सकें कि उन्हें एनीमिया है या नहीं।
-fatigue, dizziness, tiredness और less activity, poor concentration in children, less appetite, और restless leg syndrome जैसे लक्षण।
-India की 60 से 70% आबादी iron की कमी से anemic है।
09:11 Good diet और routine के बाद भी मेरा hemoglobin 10 ही क्यों है?
-यह hemolysis के कारण, या हीमोग्लोबिन के उत्पादन में कमी होने पर हो सकता है।
-Bleeding भी इसका एक कारण है।
-अगर iron और vitamin की कमी हो तो हड्डी के अंदर खून कम बनता है और खून ज्यादा निकलता है, ऐसा लड़कियों में पीरियड्स के कारण हो सकता है, या बवासीर के कारण हो सकता है।

12:30 मुझे anemia है या नहीं, इसकी पहचान करने के लिए मुझे कौन से बुनियादी परीक्षण करने चाहिए?
-CBC hemoglobin और anemia का शुरुआती बिंदु है.
-Blood counter test का उपयोग सटीक परिणाम प्राप्त करने के लिए किया जाता है, रक्त का sample लिया जाता है, और मशीन में रखा जाता है जहां यह रक्त का विश्लेषण करता है, और एक printout उत्पन्न होता है।
- Printout में 3 cells, Red blood cells, White blood cells और Platelets है.
-अगर RBC count कम है तो हम उत्पादन को कम मानते हैं, जो Hypoproductive anemia है
-दूसरा कारक MCV(Size of the blood) MCH (Hemoglobin content) और MCHC (Content in the blood), ये 3 सूचकांक हैं, और इसके माध्यम से, प्रत्येक हेमेटोलॉजिस्ट को यह पता चल जाता है कि किसी व्यक्ति को किस प्रकार का anemia हो सकता है .
- Hypo micro anemia तब होता है जब हीमोग्लोबिन 8 होता है और MCV और MCH कम होता है।
-CBC जांच में मदद करती है इसलिए CBC test कराना बेहद जरूरी है।
