In this video i will review the Yes4All T-Bar row landmine attachment i recently purchased from Amazon. I will also do a few t-bar rows to demonstrate how to use it.

The landmine t-bar row is a great exercise to build a bigger and thicker more defined back. I only perform one type of movement, however the landmine attachment is very versatile and has many uses.
