Enable Raspberry Pi Camera in Ubuntu 20.04 MATE on Raspberry Pi 4 8GB RAM

raspi-config command has been dropped in the new version of Ubuntu 20.04 MATE and Raspberry Pi 4 models.

Also, config.txt file has been removed from /boot/ directory.

I tried /boot/firmware/config.txt by setting single line start_x=1 to showcase the working of Raspberry Pi camera.

There are many more settings to be done but without any proper help or tool, users may face many issues. I hope new upgrade will solve these issues.
