Nowadays, people use diverse sorts of diet plans to lose weight. In type 2 diabetes, It is very important for patients to lose weight, As I have shared with you in several videos
that type 2 diabetic patient can not only control their sugar but can also get rid of several medicines.

Nowadays the most favorite and famous type of diet plan which is practiced is Keto Diet. Formulated Keto Diet plan is nearly all use commonly nowadays and people are also losing weight due to it.

Type 2 diabetic patients also ask for advice from me that can we also practice Keto?
In type 2 diabetic patients, losing weight is a main important point. And we recommend that you lose weight carefully through exercise, dieting, and eating. But in this two to three things are about care.

No 01 that is most important for the diabetic patients if they want to use this Keto Diet plan so this diet plan must be used under the supervision of your diabetologist and accordingly to his advice, Because those diabetic patients who are on sulfonylureas medication, for example, Amaryl, Getryl, Diamicron, such types of medication or those type 02 diabetic patient who are on insulin, sulfonylurea and insulin.

If they plan for a Keto diet plan without the advice of their physician then their sugar level decreases low several times a day which is called hyperglycemia. And due to the tag of hyperglycemia, they can also face further complications.
So if you are a type 02 diabetic patient so please before adopting a Keto diet plan do consult your physician and under his supervision adopt this plan.

Secondly, the thing that is hazardous and can develop complications if type 02 diabetic patients adopt a keto diet plan without a physician is called euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis.
In euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis, the patient though having normal sugar level suffer from ketoacidosis and his blood become acidic.

That`s main cause is those diabetic patients who are using nowadays that new anti-diabetic drug SGLT2 inhibitor, along with that drug, and upon adopting the Keto Diabetic plan, Diabetic type 02 patients then start suffering from euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis, which is a hazardous complication.

Besides this, if they do have not these complications, Diabetic patients who are on other medication, could be suffered attacks of hyperglycemia.

So the most key advice to type 02 diabetic patients who want to adopt a keto diet plan is to consult their physician and adopt it under their supervision. Because without consulting and under supervision you could face 2-3 complications and could put your life in danger.
