How To Winterize An Airstream Vlog

It's that time of year. The homestead will become a frozen tundra until spring. We must prepare it for the incoming winter weather. We were able to get most of the winterizing done. We switched our main power to a Bluetti Elite 400 battery for our camera system. We didn't realize the power draw would be so low the eco mode would shut off the AC inverter. We knew we had to return to the camp one more time to turn off the eco mode and do a few more final winterizations. While we were gone it snowed more than a foot deep. We barely made it in in the nick of time before a 5 day straight snow storm would start. If we had waited one more day we would have had to wait until spring to return. That is unless we drove back on a snow mobile. The winterization was a success!! We'll be doing off homestead adventures for the winter !! Stay tuned.
