This is simply my story that SO SO SO SO many of you have been curious about! REMEMBER, the VSG surgery, much like any other weight loss surgery, is a tool and not the answer to all your problems! YOU have to take control from the moment you talk to your primary physician to the years that follow and your body enters the
maintenance" period!

It's 80% what you eat & 20% exercise!

I hope that this helps anyone. I tried to be as honest as possible.
