Dissecting CA Prop 19 With Estate Planning Attorney

You may have heard about the recently passed Prop 19 in California. This law is made up of two components;

1. An expansion of prop 60 / prop 90 property tax basis transfer to cover those 55 years and older and

2. Changes to laws in reassessment of property tax from parents to children (or grandchildren).
