POE2 0.2.0h SSF Cold Stormweaver and The Whispering Ice

The build still needs better gear to even try tackling endgame content.
The clear is ok enough for maps but any other mechanic, like Breach or Expedition, is too slow for comfort.

The plan is to keep farming items on a MF character, get better jewelry. The required unique seems to be Snakepit, I'm hoping I get a chance to use it before the league ends :D
