POWERBUILDING — DAY 15 🦵🔥
Aaj tha Legs Hypertrophy Day.
Subah routine follow kiya aur breakfast mein apna usual shake piya — oats, banana, whey, milk aur peanut butter. Uske baad seedha gym.
Aaj ka focus strength nahi, balki muscles ko properly train karna tha. Leg day waise bhi easy nahi hota, aur hypertrophy day mein burn aur bhi zyada feel hota hai. 😅
Today’s Workout:
✔ Front Squat — 4×8
✔ Split Squat — 3×10
✔ Belt Squat — 3×12
✔ Seated Leg Curl — 3×15
✔ Leg Extension — 3×15
✔ Seated Calf Raise — 5×15
Har exercise ke saath legs aur heavy feel ho rahi thi, lekin session complete karna tha. Workout ke baad body check, stretching aur phir ghar wapas.
Ghar aake lunch kiya aur recovery mode on. 💪
DAY 15 COMPLETE ✅
Aaj ka workout khatam ho gaya, lekin lagta hai kal legs iska reminder zaroor dengi. 😅💀
