The U20 girls’ 4x400m relay final at the 2025 CARIFTA Games in Trinidad and Tobago turned into a breathtaking exhibition of raw Caribbean speed and teamwork. Jamaica entered as the overwhelming favorite, led by sprint prodigy Shanoya Douglas, who was chasing an incredible fourth gold medal of the meet. The Jamaican squad—Abbrina Wright, Anastasia Hall, Joy Rose, and Douglas—left nothing to chance, executing perfect baton exchanges and setting a blistering rhythm from the opening lap.
