BIG PROBLEM - Tesla Model S Plaid stranded with a flat tire!

During our holiday in Slovenia I got a punctured tire on the sidewall, so no reparing possible. That is where the adventure started to get my car fixed. In Slovenia, they did not have this tire available at all (anywhere) and it would take over a week to order one. We didn't have the luxury and had to figure out a solution. Getting towed to Austria and praying the service center has a spare tire is our best option. The question then is how good service will be and whether or not they will help us immediately.
