When Flash Fill does not work properly #excel #exceltricks

Here is an example of when Flash Fill may not work properly. I think most of the time it is pretty good but this seems to be one of those exceptions. I found a forum post that had a similar issue and then I set out to recreate it in Excel 2016 and this is what happened.
