This breakfast helped me lose 13 lbs of fat

I've been eating this almost every day for months.

Base:
300ml egg whites
200ml almost milk
30g oats
cinnamon powder
vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Toppings:
65g nonfat greek yogurt
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp honey
1/3 cup strawberries
1/3 cup blueberries
cinnamon powder [optional]

Instructions:
- Cook your oats as you regularly would with the almond milk
- Once thick, reduce heat to medium, throw in the eggwhites AND MIXXXXXXXXX UNTIL FROTHED UP
-Continue mixing until thick and remove from stop
- Plate your breakfast with the toppings and enjoyyyyy :)
