Clear Preferences Folder on PC

5.Clear your Silhouette Studio® preferences folder using these steps. Note that this will remove other custom settings in the software, like custom cut settings and other preferences.
1. Close Silhouette Studio®.
2. Press Win + R on your keyboard at the same time.
3. In the Run window, type %appdata% and press Enter. Delete the folder “com.aspexsoftware.Silhouette_Studio.” If your Preferences folder is hidden, follow the steps on how to unhide it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files-0320fe58-0117-fd59-6851-9b7f9840fdb2
4.Empty the Recycle Bin.
5.Re-open Silhouette Studio®.
