FAQ
Q: Where can I learn more about the composer/performer?
A: Here's a good place to start:

Q: What do the shapes mean?
A: The angular parallelograms are used for the subject of the fugue (and, in some cases, fragments of the subject). The subject contains the 'BACH' (B-flat, A, C, B-natural) motif, which is highlighted in the subject; this highlighting is also used when that motif is used elsewhere. When the motif appears untransposed (so that the notes are BACH), it is outlined in white. Sometimes, the BACH shape (but not the exact intervals) is used; in these cases there is also a special shape. The rest of the notes in the piece start out as circular dots and stretch out to their full length when they're played.
